We have started using an electronic texting system called Kyruus for patient's to complete their paperwork online. This is required for both new and established patients to complete at EVERY visit.
PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT an urgent care, if you are going to be seen at our practice you must be up to date with physicals and well visits.
